Mr. Bushonville, Founder of Chicago Alternative Investment Partners LLC ("Chicago AIP"), most recently served as the CEO/CIO of the investible hedge fund index operation for HFR. He was responsible for developing the index methodology, manager selection, structured product development and distribution. He established licensed distribution and structured product relationships with key Wall Street firms including; Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner, Barclays, Bear Sterns and Lehman Brothers. Over $1.5 billion was invested in the index in the first year.

Prior to joining HFR, Mr. Bushonville was the Founder/CEO of a venture backed Internet exchange operation focused on creating unique derivative markets for online trading. He managed the financial trading and investments group for Koch Industries and spent seven years in the Capital Markets Group at the First National Bank of Chicago (J.P. Morgan) developing and managing a number of trading operations, including currency and interest rate derivatives. He began his career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he held various positions, including research and audit.

Mr. Bushonville received a MM from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
